In this course we will be decorating an Easter themed photo backdrop (see mock- up) surrounded with a gorgeous organic balloon garland. Taking this course will leave you confident on installing balloon garlands on a variety of surfaces and creating big, fluffy, organic balloon garlands the PbyP way.
