Shakti - The Sacred Feminine and Her Shadow

A deep-dive into shadow work to find your light. Join this women's only event for a day in the Texas countryside for an immersive experience into shadow work, addressing trauma, and getting to the root cause of physiological distress. We will use movement, sound, and group activities to open our hearts and break through previous conditioning. Come with a desire to heal and leave with tools to be empowered to write a new story. Guided by Dr. Elizabeth Berrocal from San Antonio and Ellie Ray from Austin, Texas. Both of these women use movement and sound as in integral element of healing. Elizabeth is a trauma specialist and founder of The Berrocal Method, a process which emphasizes a precise integrative approach to overall emotional wellness by learning healthy ways which helps treat both mind and body. Ellie is a Ashtanga Yoga teacher, sound healing practitioner and student of shamanic healing arts. Activities include somatic movement, EMDR workshop, voice activation, cacao ceremony, and gentile plant medicines, shadow work, and sharing circle. Leave with tools to continue your path of growth, self awareness and empowerment. Participants will have the opportunity to work with plant medicines Hapé and Sananga, which help to ground into the body and open intuition.
